How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, then confirm your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at wassup@toughtits.co. We process orders quickly, so we’ll do our best to help you out!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
We’ve got a flat rate of $10 for all orders in Australia.

How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping takes 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yeah we do! If your country isn’t listed, slide into our DMs and we can see what we can do!

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order on the Australia Post website.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at wassup@toughtits.co and we will assist you in tracking your order.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. For more details, please visit our Return and Exchange Policy.
